Most routers have 5 ports plus the one port for modem to router. Numbers 1-5 all use the same channel and frequency. All numbered ports are exactly the same.

Big tip 'o' the hat to harleyds96 for giving me the impetus to get after it and tear the lamp down and sort it out. You'll need a precision Phillips #1 screw driver to remove the 8 screws. You'll have to pry the 4 little rubber pads off that double as screw hiders
Once you've carefully separated the bottom plate from the rest of the pedestal, you'll see that you need an extra set of hands to hold the plate, amber glow ring, and the main lamp body with, while you fight with the little fuse box in the center of the lamp.
They all have to be held, because the speaker wire runs through the amber ring to the bottom pad, and can't be unplugged, 'cuz it's soldered. No spade connectors, nah, that'd be too easy - and complicated. They'd like to make it so much easier to toss out another $80 for a replacement, 'cuz you stupidly lost the receipt!
So now that you've got everything separated, you discover that there's another two screws holding the ends of the fuse box to the main body of the lamp. Yes, they must be taken out too, so's you can properly fight with the four little clasps holding the fuse box together!
If you can get it popped open without ripping wires from their solder connection, you're a neurosurgeon! I lucked out, 'cuz I did the operation whilst sitting at the computer desk, so the bottom two pieces could rest on it, without ripping the speaker wires off of the speaker, while at the same time, the main body of the lamp was resting in my lap.
Now that you've succeeded in getting the box open, you'll see that you have that little fuse there, that the Harley lady mentioned above found. It's stamped - 1A/250 V, which, I suppose, would mean it could be plugged in down undah, where they use 240 volts.
So I'm going to see if I can find a 2A/250V fuse somewhere, and if that's too hot for it - TOUGH! I'll have a Harley Davidson plastic patty melt! vonster.vaughn

Harley Heated Hand Grips not working

The harley heated handgrips are notorious for failing.  Some people have reported finding a loose connection on the ground wire, like they did not crimp the terminal on the end of the wire at the factory.  If they are wired externally of the bars (almost impossible to wire those any other way) then it should be easy to follow the wire down to inside the headlight bucket or in the nacelle or dash, (depending on what model bike) and check the connections.  If both grips quit at the same time then it's probably wiring.  If one quit first, then it may be the grip itself.
If you need to replace them, I would highly recommend not buying the HD brand anymore, and instead choose Polly grip heaters.  They are made for snowmobiles and have a long list of benefits over the HD type: - fits internally in the bar end, so you can use any grips you want - cost $35!!  compared to $250 for HD - easy to install
I have installed over 7 sets in my friends bikes and not one single failure.

Stopped running

Check your alternator. Or the Alternator belt.
Sounds like you basically used up the rest of your charge in the battery after the alternator went out.

Turn signal probs

This is going to be one of three things, and you should check them in this order, 1- you have a loose connection, bad/broken ground wire, or an exposed/bare wire on, around, or in line with the rear signal that is staying on. It's common for the wiring insulation to rub through and short at the bend where the signal wires go through the signal mount and run down the rear fender strut. 2- the switch on the bars is sticking or malfunctioning, however, this is less likely because it usually causes both signals to remain on. and 3- the flasher relay has malfunctioned and needs replaced. I'll bet that this is a bare wire, so start by tracing the signal wires for the right side. If you don't find a bad wire, then replace the relay. Let me know what you found out.

Display on the panasonic kx-t7436

This is the 6-line display phone on a swivel right? It has a half-million screws on the back of the phone, and no, I don't believe there's another way to get it apart and realigned.

The displays on my Motorola V6 Razr have gone blank and I can't make or receive calls. This started after a very light drop, flat on it's back

The case had become slightly warped. The lefthand side of the display hinge is also the main earth/ground contact for the display and this contact was no longer solid. There is a small gold plated contact that mates with the centre of the hinge pin.
Unfortunately, the phone body required a little bit of squeezing to make the contact good again. I used a quickgrip type builders clamp to apply just a small amount of pressure to the case. The phone is now fully functional.

Telephone wall jack

Did the old wall jack work before you removed it?
Are the wires still connected or do you remember where the wires used to go.
If so, then what I would do, is with a phone connected, start disconnecting 1 wire at a time. When the line goes dead, then you know that is one of the wires that you need to use. Reconnect that wire, and mark it, and Keep doing this until you find the other wire that makes the line go dead.
Then you will know which 2 wires you will need to get the jack working.
Usually, the standard color wires that you need for the new jack is Red and Green for a single line phone jack.

please do check for improper grounding of the wires...

there seems to be an extra ground for the wire to the starter switch...Please do check the full wiring, with a proper diagram
