Microwave samsung suddenly stoped working (by 3 users)

when power is put on,control panel display "-SE-" and beeps 5-6 times further display changes to "P".
None of the buttons on control panel is working.

I have a microwave Samsung Grill Vitality, CE245G, 75CH800875, FAB 612, I am looking for the manual and the cooking instructions. It looks like it is locked. Is there any code for the microwave?

When making popcorn, the unit stopped working and displayed "SE". I pushed cancel, started over and then it worked fine for now. Why the "SE", anyone know?

The -SE-error is a shorted keypad.
If you (or someone you know) might want to replace it yourself, I have uploaded a handy guide with pictures showing you what's typically involved.
