I have a F340-all-in-one. Will not scan

I have a F340-all-in-one. It worked fine on my old computer but when I connected it to my new computer it will print and copy but not scan. I used the disk to download to the new computer but it says "F340" but not "F340 all-in-one". Any ideas how to get it to work?
