Ive got an Acer 5630.. An ive got a weird problem, Once i start it up i am able to log in by typing in my password.. Once logged in i am unable to type anything!! Only way i can type is if i hold down the keys for about 1-2 seconds.. really not sure wat the probelm is? Can anyone help me out? Thanks
Go to settings control panel and go to the keyboard and click properties now check the key latency that might have been set to react to your keystrokes it must be a long keystroke issue. If it was a driver issue with the keyboard you would not have gone as far as you did by holding down the key a few seconds to type. Check this you be glad you did. Oh the battery issue is way off look at my stats it says AC ER expert I would rely on what a ACER expert says rather then mubo jumbo solutions not to down these people they do got good information but its mixed.

I have notice and dealt with the acer 5630 on a number of occasions and beleive it or not, sometimes the battery can cause this to happen. To test this out, remove the battery and power the unit from mains only and see if the problem stops. If it does, replacing battery with a new one should resolve.

My blue tooth device is not working. When I try to install the blue tooth software the system couldn't find any blue tooth hardware in my notebook. But according to the configeration there must be a bluetooth hardware in Aspire 5600 (my notebook) which can connect other blutooth devises. Please, send me some instructions.
