Is the battery fully charged?
If not charge it.
OR do a hard reset. You will loose your data though.
Turn off Phone
Press Volume Down, hold button while fitting the charger back and until you see an exclamation mark appear.
Press (in order); Volume UP, Volume down, Power, Volume Down
Phone should now reboot.
The whole reboot process may take sometime.
Hi.First of all remove battery from your phone for 15 minutes and power on the phone and leave it for 24 hours without entering any code.After 24 hours try with the correct code.However, if the problem still persist contact nearest mobile repairing shop.I advice you to do this because I have solve with this many times.Good luck
the problem is probably with the actual keys and not the battery. If the battery was the problem then it would effect the whole phone not just four buttons. Try opening it up and cleaning the buttons with an old brush and leaving it for a while. If that doesnt work then your nest course of action is to take it in to your local shop who will definitly be able to fix it.
