If Wii gives Disc Read Error, first step you need to check is to try another disc or clean the exisitng disc. This will confirm that problem is with either Wii or Disc. Rub shoe polish into the disc and then put into the freezer for about half an hour. The disc may look alittel dirty but the polish fills the gaps and hey presto your game disc is like new. Enjoy.
