Floppy drive problem

i am having ye data floppy drive YD 1501 C , 3.5 INCH 720 DD FLOPPY DRIVE .

THIS DRIVE IS NOT WORKING , ALSO NOT AVAILABLE IN LOCAL MARKET NOW A DAY. KINDLY GIVE ME SOLUTION HOW TO DEAL WITH IT.
