GES050 SPACESAVER CD PLAYER/RADIO ALARM

Every night at 12 o'clock the alarm sounds. I can silence the alarm but the next night it sounds again. How do I turn off the alarm function?
I have read the ownwers manual and cannot find any mention of an alarm, only a timer

- Alarm goes off at midnight every day. Yesterday I unplugged it and took the batteries out. I re-installed the batteries and plugged the system back in. The alarm did not go off last night. Hope this is a permanent fix.- Beagleman

- ours is doing the same thing. there's not even an alarm function on the radio!

I haven't tried this yet, but I see online that WHILE it is ringing, unplug it for at least 20 secconds, and then plug back in.
