Question about Hoover SteamVac F5914-900 SpinScrub Upright Vacuum
I had the same problem. Fixed it by taking the machine apart and lubricating the bearing inside the turo tunnell. It's a pain, but not impossible if I could do you can. You must start by taking off the cover. Don't forget the scvrews on the front by the water vacuum. I used WD-49 and white grease so far so good. The turbo tunnel will come out by itself.
