I have a posiflex CD-2860CCD bar code scanner that won't work with MYOB Retail Manager. I have taken it to a friend who also has MYOB Retail Manager and it works on his PC so it is not a faulty scanner. Is it a windows XP setting that I need to address as I have tried the Retail Manager settings with no luck?
