Problem for Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS3 Digital Camera

Can't see or download my pictures from camera to laptop

I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS3 and a Lenovo T61 laptop.I removed the SD card from the camera introduced it in the slot, and as soon as it reads it I get this message "the disc in drive "D", is no formated, would you like to format it now?". I say no and thats as far as I goes. I won't formated because i'll loose all the info.

Buy a separate card reader to download your pictures.
