Drivers installed out of order and computer will not boot up

What do you mean out of order, who told you there was an order ?

Even if you fresh installed windows, it doesn't matter which drivers you install, there is no order.

Installing chipset INF, Video driver, Sound driver, Sata driver, Sata controller, Lan driver, USB drivers, Wireless, MEI driver.

Most important drivers get pre-installed by windows using generic or signed by the hardware MFG.

So until you install the updated driver, it has the generic.

The most important thing is to reboot after each driver and not just install all of them and reboot.

Try safeboot, last known config, or a system restore.

Hello why not download the sound driver from here:

http://global.aopen.com/products_download.aspx?sDropDownProd=52

Please select the mainboard in the motherboard menu.
Download the sounddriver and install it.
You need to reboot after the install is done.

You can buy a soundcard in a computershop or online.
I am sure they will be glad to advice you one that fits your pc.

Good luck

My computer froze during shut down, so I turned it off using the power button. When I start it up It gives me the options of starting normally, Last known good configuration, safe mode safe mode with...

Try go into BIOS by hitting the DEL key or F1 or F2 as you start and go to save Cmos config. then reboot.
The other approach is Last known Good config is the best. This can be brought up after presing power button then by tapping F8 till screen apears.. Select Last known Good Config

Eee pc boots to blinking cursor

You need to enter the bios when the computer turns on and configure the boot priority to boot from wherever you need it to for the Restore DVD. Then Save your changes and exit, now it should boot from the Restore DVD.

To enter BIOS it should tell you what button to press as the computer POST's, if not Google it, or try all the function keys.

Aopen 0-35G Optical 5 button Mouse

I just started using this old mouse that I had & I have Vista 32bit. By default only the 2 buttons would work but I did install the R3.32 drivers and now everything is working including both scrolls. Worked even though they are XP drivers. Hopfully they will work with your Vista version. Reboot required.
