Generic problem for all Motherboards

I have compaq presario f700, it displays

i have compaq presario f700, it displays ''system bios shadowed''. there is a tip to go to BIOS how can get to BIOS to disable/enable it?

At the Boot-up or while the cursor is at the top right corner of the screen (when you start your PC), press the F1 or F10 key (It's different for different motherboards for some it's Del)..disable system and video BIOS shadowing in the option.
Shadowing of BIOS just copies the BIOS code from ROM
to RAM during bootup for faster accessing...
You might want to try calling Compaq Customer Care for more help.I hope it helped.
