hi this is very common problem what you need to do is lie the vac on its side then where the water comes out of the little jets at the bottom of the vac these are usually blocked and will need cleaning using a pin to poke through should solve the problem.
If the blockage isnt their then you need to undo the screws on the bottom and keep working your way along the detergent/water lines and keep cleaning them out you will find a blockage along the way.

Try using hot water first empty out all the detergent and just use very hot water (not boiling it will melt the pipes but hot water nearly boiling will do) Keep runnig hot water through the system by pressing the button you press for it to spray the water do this for about 15 min and keep swapping the water for hotter water as it starts to cool doing this 4 or 5 times might solve your problem if not get the tools out and start looking for the blockage.

What happens is when the vac is standing for a while the detergent turns to a gell causing a blockage.

What they dont tell you in the user guide and what they should tell you is that after every use empty out all the detergent and then run warm water through the vac for about 15 min doing this will ensure you have all the detergent out and will make sure you have no further blockage.

Everyone who buys one of these types of cleaners has this same problem so you are not alone.

Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

You either have a clog in the tubing that feeds water to the sprayers or the pump itself is not working. It is a common problem with bissels.
