Looses power I have a Toshiba Satelite P25 series lap top. Works great but often looses total power, I let it cool and runs fine for a while. It will loose power when no one is using it as well. What do you think.

Sounds like it is overheating. Make sure that the fan is running, and the fan is clean. The inside may be full of dust, and cleaning too
There are laptop coolers you can use , circuit city has them for about 20.00 bucks.

My toshiba P25 satelite comes on and works fine except only 5 or 6 keys on the keyboard work

Keyboard's bad, in all likelihood. Best source for these things is eBay - you get a choice of new or used, just don't pay tourist prices for them ($15 delivered would be my max limit for these things). In nearly all Toshiba's, the plastic piece above the keyboard, which may extend to (and include) both hinge covers, has to come out for you to get at the keyboard. Shouldn't be too difficult....

The monitor on my Toshiba P25-S5093 does not have any display of any kind; all black. I have display using external monitor.

Hi,
Does the display show anything before you enter windows? If yes, then press the key to transfer video back to your original screen once you enter windows. It should be the function key "Fn" + F5 - F8. looks for the icon which shows a monitor or says "CRT/LCD".
If it doesn't show anything before you enter windows I'm afraid your screen needs to be replaced. Good luck.

Laptop won't run on ac power and keeps shutting down

Check that the AC power works, go to a repair shop and test a different one or have voltages checked with a multimeter.

If the AC adapter is fine, then it is usuall because AC socket solder joints on laptop are broken. In this case , it is a delicate repair, and must be done by an expert repairman.

Does it cut out on battery?
How often does it cut off?
Does it just die (no lights or anything) or reboot?
