If your device running on Microsoft Windows Operating System


Hold both soft keys press power at a time.

if you have stylus hole then poke in it with stylus pen.

try this, may work for you :)

The mouse settings in Pen and Input devices is for the touch pad.
If you don't see Pen and input devices Click Classic view on the left side menu

This is for the touch pad not for the Mouse

Touch pad settings are under Pen and Input devices in the control panel.
