When clicking the send/receive button on Outlook I get the following message when it is complete. I am us
Task 'mail.armstrongmilling.com- sending' reported error (0x800ccc80): none of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server
Literally it means that Outlook tried authenticating with some authentication methods (password, encrypted password, and so on) but the server did not support any of them.
More likely, either the server did not send the list of supported methods, or something in between ate them. Check your antivirus settings, and verify that no encryption or advanced authentication is needed in the account settings.
If it still doesn't work, turn on debug recording in the Outlook advanced features and try again:

When posting the debug log, keep in mind that it could contain sensitive information such as your email password in obfuscated format, and anyone reading the log could be able to decode it.

Outlook keeps losing connection with server (att.yahoo) I have worked with them on the phone and they have checked settings etc. Maybe a security issue that keeps dumping the server.
