when i make a call i cant hear the other person unless my phone is on loud speaker and they cant hear me unless its on loud speaker too

the internal speaker hs gone on your phone - this has happened to me 3 times now - took it CPW and they fix on that day or replace it it seems to be a recurring problem with the C905
