Question about Acer Aspire 5610-4648 Notebook
Screen flashes intermittently. also images go blurry and lines appear across the screen. when the laptop is opened and closed, the problem is solved on some occasions but not usually. have to keep on re-booting the notebook to get rid of problem for a while but not permanently.
There are a number of possible problems.
When the computer is turned on and you wiggle the LCD back and forth and the video becomes corrupted and then if you wiggle it some more and get it to work correclty then you either have a loose video cable connection or a defective video cable. In some cases the LCD will need to be replaced.
If this is not the case then there is the possibility that the video card is bad.
