You need to either call Samsung if it is under warranty or get a TV repair guy for you.It is a common defective problem i have seemed from Samsung, but usually it happened within the firs 30 days.

I had the exact same problem on my LN-T5265F LCD (clicking on and off - stays on after 10 minutes). I just followed the advice here. - I opened up the TV (very easy 20 or so screws).
- Took the cover off the BN44-10150A power board.
- Found the two bad capacitors on the top right of the board. (They were bulged on the top)
- Went to Radio Shack and purchased two 1000uf capacitors
- De-soldered the old caps and soldered in the new ones
- Screwed the TV back together
- Powered it on and it is working great now!
Thanks to everyone who posted here. A repair that could have been a several hundred dollars with a service call, turned out to be a $6.00 fix by replacing a couple of capacitors myself. The wife thinks I’m a genius. Funny thing – I told the guy at the Radio Shack what I was doing and he said “why don’t you just get a new TV, They’re very inexpensive now”.

This problems very common on a LCD tv.It the tv power supply board, have bad dying capactors, these capacitors are alway bulges or puffing up on it tops. That the board, where the power a/c cord plug into it.U have all the tools, know basic electronic and can do basic soldering?Just check the power supply board, for those dying capacitors that bulges or puffing up on it tops.Replaced these dying capacitors on the tv power supply board,ur tv will power up normal again and have no more clicking sounds and will not take anymore 2 mins or more to turn it on.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
