It is not clear whether you already have the printer installed on one of the computers, and you want to install it on the second computer. Also, whether the two computers are networked or not, and what operative system they run.
If they are networked together (or can be, albeit temporarily) and the printer is installed on one of them, and both computers run Windows, you only need to share it on the first computer. Then, load it as a network printer on the second computer. By doing this, Windows will actually transfer the printer drivers and settings to the second computer.
Disconnect the network and change the printer setup in the second computer from "Network" to "Local". The computer will now reinstall the drivers, but since it already had them, will find and install the existing copy and not ask for the CD-ROM.
Be advised that this trick only installs the driver, and not all the ancillary utilities (such as ink level monitoring, and so on) that a printer may have. For that, you need the original CD-ROM as pradeep1985 already told you.
