Problem for HP LaserJet P2015 Printer
Network port not working

The error message I get refers to a paper jam. Though, there's no such thing. The network port on the printer has lost connection. The lights are off. Just not possible to print at all!

If its under a year old & still in warranty you may want to talk with HP or take it to an authorized HP repair center for warranty repair.
Heres a pic from the service manual on the engine test location

formatter board is what you need to replace if the engine test printed but nothing else will print.
Part # is:
Q7804-60001 for Base Models (NO Network port)
or
Q7805-60002 for Network Models
