Recently had to move and when setting up my plasma

recently had to move and when setting up my plasma tv plugged the cable wire into the back of tv and it shocked me then dvd sparked used hot wire tester and the inputs on the back are get electric current and I wondering why and need help please

U cause a static electricity,just a shock to u.Anything is dead?Tell me might help u get fix or buy parts fix it ur self.
