There are several options to save battery life. You could set the brightness lower, which will help conserve battery life. Others would be: turn off wifi when not in use, turn off Bluetooth when not using it, and limit the number of active apps running in the background.
Then again, your battery may just need to be replaced.
Try removing the battery from the cell phone and removing the SIM while the phone is powered on. Reinstall the battery and SIM, power the phone on, and try to reactivate the bluetooth.
If that doesn't work, turn the bluetooth off and delete the device from the phone. Turn the bluetooth on and put in to pairing mode and re-pair the device with the phone.
If that doesnt work, one or the other is defective. If I've missed anything I've written an article that may help: http://yourmonstersofmobile.com/how_to_for_cell_phones/pairing_your_bluetooth.html
Just a suggestion, but if you leave your bluetooth runnung it wears out the battery faster, so you could try turning the bluetooth off when you dont need it to see if that makes a difference. It does on most phones.
Please pair the device with the phone? if not then read the manual of the bluetooth and pair them first. Also try turning the cell off & removing the battery and then turn oin again to see if the issue is solved.
Bluetooth module needs to be replaced. Bluetooth module gets to be faulty very easy, because it is on the side of the phone, so just a small drop can damage it. There is a glue around it, it this is cracked your phone is already out of warranty due to customer abuse.
Other thing what can appear with your phone is short battery life.
Try running the battery down completely (0% so it turns off itself), and charging whilst the phone is completely off (I'd suggest leaving it overnight). Repeat this once or twice, then see if your battery life has improved. Also ensure that you havent left anything on that could be eating your battery up i.e. bluetooth, and contact your supplier if the problem persists, as you should be covered.
