Turning the power on, nothing appear on the screen, its "blank".
Another thing I observe is, as I press the "CAPSLOCK" its lamp doesn't lit as it should be.

- There are three possibility on my Blank or Black Screen.1.) Is the Laptops manufacturer's designed swithches (key combination) for turning off the screen, including the "lid" for turning off the lcd automatically as it get closer to the keyboard without turning off or shutting down the laptop.
2.) Is a damaged VGA which could be confirm only, if a projector or other display device is attached to the VGA output terminal. ( which now is not available in my case)
3) Is a damaged LCD, which I need to confirm by doing the things I mentioned on possibility"2".
What is hard for a Technician like me is the availability of the testing gadget such as "display devices"; either projector, lcd or crt monitor.

Hi,
press any key to ctivate screen.
you my have activated the instant pasword feature by pessing fn and f1 simultaneously. if you have registered a password press any key,type the password and press enter. if no password is registered,press any key to reactivate the screen.
The other option is to press fn and f5 simultaneously.

Make sure you attach the A.C and power cord/cable properly or installed a charged battery.
Press and hold the power button for atleast 10 sec.-15sec
This will help.
