My Toshiba E-Studio E-305 showing error no F105, please suggest me the solution

I have a Toshiba e-550 copier that has a code of F10, the service company says it's the hard drive. Can we replace the hard drive? how do you format the new hard drive? I appreciate your help.

F105 is "other HDD error" . Start the copier holding 0 and 8, it goes in a test mode, then punch 690 and presss start key. Restart the copier. If does not work you might have to replace the HDD and reinstall the firmware. Let me know.

I have a Toshiba e-Studio 350 copier that not print. I has installed
printer driver (PCL6 and PSL3) completely but it does not print nothings.How do you setup and install Print in my copier? I appreciate your help!
