this error generally comes in when there is actually a paper jam or it gives a false paper jam.. so first of all make sure that these should not be any paper stuck inside the printer.. clean all the paper rollers with a little moist lint free cloth.. then plug the printer directly to the wall jack for the power supply if not connected..
if it doesnt resolve the issue.. we may have to perform a reset as well ..
