Hi I have an iPhone 4 and jabra bt3030 worked perfect on my iPhone but in my iPhone I tap forget this device and the device was gone! now I can't find it again! what should I do?

    • 1. Hold the "Answer/End" button on your Jabra Bluetooth headset down until the LED light on the headset turns solid blue. It is the button that has an image of a telephone on it.
    • 2. Click on the "Settings" icon from the main screen of your iPhone.
    • 3. Click on "General" in your iPhone's "Settings" menu.
    • 4. Click on "Bluetooth" to access your iPhone's Bluetooth menu and then click the option to turn on your iPhone's Bluetooth connection. Once your iPhone's Bluetooth is turned on, it will search for available Bluetooth devices.
    • 5. Select your Jabra headset by clicking on the icon that appears on your iPhone's screen.
    • 6. Enter the passkey for your Jabra Bluetooth headset. The default passkey on Jabra headsets is "0000."
    • 7. Click on OK on your iPhone

It cannot connect with mobile phone, I tried to use HTC and IPHONE to connect, all of these cannot search the signal from bluetooth? why? I also tried to turn on and off mobile phone and bluetooth for many...

Here is something to try on your iPhone. Hopefully it should fix your problem.

On the iphone, delete all the headsets you may have used from the UI of the iphone.
Turn off the headset.

Warm reset the iphone, press and hold the home and power keys on the iphone for 10s, the screen will go blank and the phone will reset.

While the iphone is rebooting, turn on the headset again and put it into pairing mode with the LED flashing red/white, red/white ...

Now when the iphone is ready, make it search for the headset.

When you see the "9xxPlantronics - Not Paired" entry on the iphone UI, then tap the screen where this message is displayed and the iphone will pair to the headset.

Good luck from Headsets Direct - 800-914-7996.

How to set up to iphone

First open the blueooth setting on the iphone
start the bluetooth service(turn on) on the iphone.
Power on the bluetooth headset.
search devices in iphone, wait till it finishes searching, until you see the name of your bluetooth headset.
the headset would blink two or three time(could be more depending on the brand)
then at the iphone screen a pop out will come asking for the passcode or passkey.
The passkey default would be always 0000 or 00000, you should see your product manual or documentation of your specific bluetooth headset if you are not sure on the passcode.
If connection is a success. the headset would blink and the iphone woould veify and lists it to itself.
Now you have a working bluetooth headset.

Iphone and headsets

Yes, you can pair your iPhone with any bluetooth headset. I have used many different Plantronics headsets and all have worked perfectly.
On the iPhone, go to Settings (the gears icon), click GENERAL, then Bluetooth and make sure it's switched to "On". Then, follow the pairing instructions that come with the headset.
