Installation was complete, I downloaded pic and music. I could review the pics then when we tried to listen to music it froze up. I cannot turn the device off and when I plug it into the computer now, the computer reads that it doesn't recognize the device, to replug it in and if the problem continues then the replace the device.
I added some songs. used it for about an hour, was happy with the results so i decided to start adding some more songs. I updated the playlist, then disconnected USB port logically through windows, and saw "please wait" for about 15 minutes. So I hit the pin reset button which turned the power off. I pressed the power button and now all I see on the mix-max screen is "starting up" with an animated clock. Seams like a common bug with no fix!!!

This phone has an AIRPLANE mode. This means that all functions that require communications are turned off, so you cant receive calls or messages, but can listen to music, review stored messages and see stored pics.

download Emodio from emodio.com
this is the solution !!!!!!
after the installation , the software should recognize ur device , and allow u to transfer videos
if not , try to reinstall emodio ,
after the 2nd installation , it will work completely
the software allows you to transfer videos to the mp3 ,
or at least convert them easily to .svi format , and then u can easily copy and paste them in your mp3
best way to do this is transfer all your music and pics back to the phone from the t-flash. then remove the t- flash and reinsert it then try and load it all back to the t flash it should work better if not your memory card is either damaged or your contacts inside the phone for the memory card are bad. please rate this....thanks
