Motorola k1 is not transfering files with my pc (by 29 users)

Hello, I am experiencing problems trying to transfer files from my K1 to my PC or vice versa, it kept telling me that unable to communicate to my PC, and there was no other indication that something is wrong. Please kindly give some advice.

I have the same problem.

i can not connect my mobile motorola k1 with the pc. i need to transfer files form mobile to pc and vice versa.

i hook up my bt50 motorola to the computer and it says device not reconized and its unable to charge and im trying 2 charge it and put pictures and transfer songs 2 my phone

hi there i used a bluetooth dongle a very cheap on but it works and helps when transfering mp3,games etc all you have to do is turn your bluetooth on and install the software on your computer and away you go

Hi I'm the new guy around.
OK it pretty much sounds like USB drivers not installed on your computer. except for Frasoft issue. I'm not sure if it will be OK with fixya, to provide a link to download the drivers. i will be willing to give instructions on how make the computer locate the Motorola drivers needed. in order for the PC to communicate and Recognize the phone, once hooked to the computer via the mini usb cable.Also you guys can research for Motorola USB drivers
Many websites that have them, but not many people knows how to make them work. So please if any questions ask.
Mean while i will recheck Fixya policy and see what my limits are if any when it come to sharing files and software.

Sounds Silly, But after banging my head for hours. I actually downloaded drivers, plugged in the phone ( usb - pc ) and then tweaked my settings on my phone. Tools / Settings. - USB Connections / Data. and Volia' ! I am in bizness. - w2
