Problem for HP LaserJet 1020 Printer

When i turn off and turn on my hp laserjet 1020

when i turn off and turn on my hp laserjet 1020 printer, always asking a driver ( found new hardware wizard. After the instalation, the printing proses is succes but about 15 minutes later the printing cant do anymore, error .. ( this document failed to print .... ) and the printer status canged to offline

Run the un-installation from Add/Remove Programs for anything realted to the printer, disconnect the USB cable, restart the computer, re-install as per HP's instrucitons.
