Question about Nikon LS 2000 Film Scanner
My scanner purchased 08.11.2000 in Paris was working well on Windows 98, then computer was changed to W 2000 Pro and I had to download Aspi v4.71 and Nikon 3.2.1 and it worked again.
Recently I had to change my system to W XP Pro. I tried to re-install my scanner with the original disk version 2.0, then I tried to re-install Aspi v4.71 and Nikon 3.2.1, but I got a warning message that it did not fit any longer, and that it could endanger the computer. I tried, but it failed, and I had to restore my system. I feel helpless because I really need this scanner !
Could you help me, please ? firstname.lastname@example.org
Scanners made for DOS based systems seldom work with HTFS systems.
There were some fixes attempted but generally a no go situations.
You could try the following
Compatibility Wizard and set the computer to run as Win 98 with this particular software.
