Printing Problems

I cannot print text documents even though I have replaced ink cartridges with Lexmark 16 and 26. If it prints it will only print on quick print with poor quality. I have tried to print excel documents and get blank pages.

Re install the software.
In so doing follow this routine
1. go to start/Faxes and printers remove the existing default printer.
Come off line and disable your anti virus software
Click on add printer and reinstall the software.
If you have no disk for example- use the install from list feature and install from the driver library
