i lubricated my fan with lithum grease which serves as the dual fan for the top and bottom in my Frigidaire refridgerator now it runs all the time and the bottom is not getting as cold as it was.

Why did you have to lubricate the motor? Was it stalling out or running slower than normal? These motors comes lubricated from the factory & do not need to be greased.

Cannot handle grease, especially in that cold area. Super light weight oil only. Sewing machine oil or equivalent.
The rule in this business has always been. Oil is for preventative maintenance, not repair. If you were having issues with the motor, a new one is the correct proceedure.
