hello sir!
there is no harddrive model no. displayed in BIOS but their geometry displayed due to which i am not able to boot through harddrive though i have installed windows xp OS and many other softtwares.

hello sir!
i have a samsung dvd rw device its working properly but not booting frm cd's, even i change in the bios ( boot priority ) but dats not able to boot through harddrive though i have installed windows xp OS and many other softtwares.

Get into boot setup and change the 1st boot device as hard disk
