Can you please add further detail as to what you mean by locked, did you mean locked up and not working or that the device is telling you that it is locked?
If it is the device telling you that it is locked, there is a sliding mechanism on the back that Locks and Unlocks it. Simply move that away from the directional arrow to unlock.
If the device is locked up and not working, you will likely need to reinstall the firmware. Download here:
