We bought our Saeco Odea Go coffee mac...

We bought our Saeco Odea Go coffee machine in Holland in July 09 and are very pleased with it. However recently the double spout which despenses the coffee into the cups seems to have gone haywire. In the first SECOND in use, both spouts work. Then the right hand spout goes all over the place, also into the direction of the left spout, therefore making the left spout also go all over the place. I can just about catch the coffee to go into 1 cup butit is impossible to do the two cups at the same time. Since July I have washed everything as instructed once a week, and this week I descaled it although not yet necessary in the hope this would clear the problem,without success.
Your advice would be very much appreciated.
