Alarm UO72, some ink tanks not installed in place, i.e. the last three, Yellow mag, photo mag. Have installed and reinstalled multi times. What is the problem?

Probably just a defective cartridge, try replacing one at a time to see that the error is not with more than one. and the store or Canon will replace any new defective inks...
