How to resize scanned docs so that I can attach more pages

Hi...I can scan multiple documents but when I go to attach them in my email it is saying my 25mb limit is reached. I can attach 14 plus pages from my scanner at work but not this one. I have the lexmark x7350 all in one.

How do I resize so the attachment is smaller?
