Delonghit 3300 not frothing/steaming milk

Delonghit 3300 not frothing/steaming milk correctly. Heats the milk but gives no froth at all!

Used to give a lot of froth but now nothing! It looks like it is steaming well, hot milk is produced but no texture at all!!

Any solution? Machine is barely 1 month old!
