Question about Magellan RoadMate 700 GPS Receiver
I have a GPS for the 4 years already.
but this time i been uppset.
i ordered map, but software came without authentication number, i spent 4 hours on hold to be answered by some person with heavy India accent, and spent another hour to explain him the simple problem such as i need a number to install maps updates.
he ask me so many stupid questions such as name, phone, email, address... and so on but didnt help me at all. he asked me about some magic number on my gps witch does not exist on this model.
and than told me sorry its end of day, please call tomorrow.
does any bodny know the headquoters address to send a complain?
The address you want is that of your local rubbish tip - bin the magellan it's such a rubbish company these days - no support and overpriced updates.

If you get that address I would love to have it too. I am having a problem with a GPS that I just spend 135.00 to have fixed and now the same problem is occurring. I called, twice today after almost and hour on hold the second time, I went through two people and then was told that the customer service area was too full and I need to hang up and call again tomorrow. I could only understand about half of what he was saying, (heavy india accent) and he was just asking me questions to waste time. He had no solution, and was totally useless.
