Umm i accidently formatted my sansa e250 i was wondering if some1 knows how to put the programs back on it puts up sandisk screen thn said file not found

I've had to format my sansa several times over the past 6 months to fix problems with freezing and now it simply restarts after playing a few songs causing it to start the song sequence over, pause, and start at it's initial volume. Anyway, after formatting, now the "on the go" playlist options don't work. I never used it much anyway, but it seems my player is beginning to deteriate in more ways than one...
