Hi,

Please check for any broken parts of the treadmill that would lead it to not lock. You can also check for any debris that may be stopping the locking mechanism.

If the previous measures do not work, please reference the trouble shooting section of your manual to help move forward.

2) mEASURE the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty, see the block diagram.
3) Test th drive belt for loose or break and replace.

Connect the power cord on the NordicTrack treadmill firmly to a working power source if the treadmill does not operate. Use a single-outlet surge suppressor, available at most hardware stores, and plug the treadmill into a grounded outlet. Look at the "Reset/Off" circuit breaker on the treadmill base and wait five minutes before pressing the switch if it has popped .

The deck is most likely broken, It would need replaced if this is the problem. The nordictrack models do not have decks that can be flipped. That is usually reserved for a commercial grade machine of a different brand.

Go to Nordiactrac.com and enter your Model number from the sticker on the frame. It should read NTL or NTTL then 4 or 5 number. Folow the instructions and ask for the Part's List. You should be able to find it there.

If your computer does not come on at all: Start with the line cord and make certain that it is not damaged. Buying a cheap digital volt-ohm-meter can help a lot. Once you are sure that there is AC in the PS, read the label and check all the wires if they have their proper voltages. You will come to the point where the power is interrupted. Simply replace or repair that part. Of course we will be standing by to help you. Please, whatever you do or how tempted you are DO NOT TOUCH THE MOTHER BOARD. We will help you with that headache once you get to have power. Thank you for considering our service.
