Hi,
I have a brand new printer I just finished installing it, the light is not on for the ink cartridges, and I am getting an error 5100 also alternating blinking yellow and green lights...the install went well, this is the only issue I have now and cant fix it, this is the 2nd printer (I took the other one back for this same issue) I changed the USB cable jsut in case. Restarted the PC, etc. Can you please help me ???

- Hi,Have exactly the same problem except that mine is a brand new Canon Pixma MP210.
Is it easier to return it rather than try to fix the problem?
