Question about Protron PLTV-32 Television
Purchased this tv 2 1/2 years ago, and just this month got HD cable service, only to find that the set won\'t sync up with the 1080i feed from Comcast. Proton tech support says it's a Comcast problem. Comcast blames the set. I lean toward it's being a Proton problem.
I't connected with the comp cable and will only sync to 480 which is no different from Standard TV (except the picture is smaller.)
You need to nail down where the problem is by finding another source of 1080i signal and prove if it is the TV or not, then hold Proton's feet to the fire if it is.

Adjust brightness and contrast.
Check Source settings.
Let me know if this does not help and ill look for anything else. Other than this is something internal and will need to be serviced probably
