Problem for Sony SNC-RZ30N Network Camera
Sony SNC-RZ30N lost connection and preset positions

I have a Sony SNC-RZ30N, and every once and a while, I lose connection to the camera (can't ping, can't connect to the built in web page, etc...). I can connect again by rebooting the camera manually (pulling the plug), and when the camera comes back on, the camera defaults to a position which I have not set. I can move the camera, but it loses all of the defaults I specified, and sets back to the same postition when I powered on. Also, there is nothing in the log files either.
Any ideas?
