is there anyother brand adaptor that is compatable with durabrand ac/dc adaptor modle TAD-10. The cat ate through the cord and i need a replacement. Do I have to have the same brand or will another brand work with this DVD player.

dear sir,
u just see the body print label where mentioned 9Volts DC, 2Amps. u can change with any adapter maintain this ratings, another things is connector jack configuration must be same (out side - & inside of the jack is +) if any mistack dvd will damage. hope u get the answer.
