Samsung HL-S5679 turns on and off

I have a Samsung HL-S5679 and it is about 2 and a half years old. When I turn the TV on, it cycles between on and off for about 5-7 reboots lasting 30 seconds and then stays on. The TV works fine after this cycle. The same problem happens when switching to or from HDMI. Can anyone help?

I had the same issue about a year ago and they replaced the power supply on the unit. Just started doing the same thing again now on my end as well. 1 more repair after this and I can lemon law it on the warranty that I took out on it.
