I dont know anything about this watch, Is it a digital? If so, here are generic instructions for digital watches that might help.

CHANGING DIGITAL TIME:

Examine your watch. Attempt to find its "Mode" button; nearly every digital watch has one. The various modes might include "Date," "Alarm" and "Stopwatch" among others. Repeatedly press "Mode" to cycle through the modes available on your watch until you have it in the mode that displays the current time.

2 Locate the button that allows you to adjust the settings on your watch; this button could be labeled "Set" or "Adjust." Once you've found this button, press it in and hold it. After a few moments, the time display should begin to flash.

3 Select either minutes or hours as the aspect of the time you'd like to adjust. Press the "Mode" key to cycle through your options; each element should begin to flash as it's selected.

4 Press a button to adjust the time element you've selected; the button for doing this will vary from watch to watch. If there are up and down arrows on your watch, use them to increase or decrease the number. A button labeled as another function could serve this purpose too; trying pressing the various buttons on your watch to discover the correct one to adjust the time.

5 Move on to the next element you want to adjust, such as minutes or the date, by pressing the "Mode" display.

6 Press the "Set" button to finalize the new time on your watch. You'll know that the time has been set when the numbers stop flashing.

mcdevito75here, I'm sue I can help you set this digital watch,----4 buttons, 1=light, this should be just for the light built into the watch, 2=MODE this is the button you press to set the functions, press this button and see everything flashing 3= Start Stop this button should act as set after you press MODE it should also be to start the lap counter and 4= lap reset this should bring the lap counter back to zero or the seconds tick normally.---- press MODE see everything flashing, then press start stop to set functions, hour, minute etc, press MODE after you have set each function, hour, minute, etc. When done with all functions press mode again to bring the watch back to normal operation.

1 There should be four buttons: mode, reset, start and light. Find the mode button and press it three times until it is in the set time mode.

2 Find the reset button, which usually is located on the bottom right side of the watch face, and hold it until the time starts blinking.

3 Press the start button to change minutes.

4 Press the reset button again to switch to hours.You will know it worked when the hour starts blinking instead of the minutes.

5 Press the start button to change the hour. The watch can handle two modes: standard and military. As you press start, the hour will change from AM to PM, noted by an "A" or a "P" in the top right. When you get through 24 hours, the watch will change to military time and an "H" will be displayed instead of "A" or "P." Keep pressing start to go through another 24-hour cycle and it will revert back to standard time.

in order to SHUT OFF THE ALARM:

go to the normal time setting, where nothing is flashing. then press and hold reset. then the time you want the alarm on shows up. in order to turn the alarm off press start...press start again to turn it on
