My 321 system gives a smoke smell and a few sparks when I plug it in. I removed the back panel and see the spark comes from the underside of the circuit board directly below where the power cord is inserted. Is this repairable and if so, how? Thanks.
We just had a similar problem with our Series 1 321. I called Bose last Sunday and they sent us a prepaid label and would have repaired it for free. They also offered us a new Series 111 321 GS for $349.99 which we took! We are hooking it up as we speak. As soon as we sent the old one back, Monday, they shipped this one to us and they paid for shipping both ways.
I've sold these systems in a store for many months, and my advise so is that you don't plug it in any;ore, but contact a specialist/electronic technician to solve this. these systems are difficult to repair when something like that occurs.

The color is off on my Bose 321 DVD player. Pictures have a red tinge, and seem to be missing the blue tones. The television displays great color except when playing DVDs.
